Items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for refund or exchange.
If you would like to return your items please email: customercare@newenglandshirtcompany.com so that we can help you with the return label. Please note "Return Request and your order #" in the subject, and note the style description, sku/item # , along with the reason for the return in the email. We will respond as soon as possible and send you a prepaid return label.
